Product Launch · GTM Strategy
Grounded in emerging barrier-focused trends, the Cleansing Oil product launch strategically expanded EVE LOM’s hero cleansing portfolio with a new format. I led full GTM strategy from product positioning and consumer messaging through creative development, cross-functional toolkit development, and retailer execution to deliver the brand's strongest-ever first-week DTC performance.

To expand EVE LOM’s reach beyond owned channels, I introduced the development and execution of a paid partnership strategy with premium editorial and commerce publishers including Allure, Vogue, The Skimm, Who What Wear, and Condé Nast that blended editorial storytelling with product placement and social amplification.

To mark four decades of iconic skincare, I directed the planning, management, and execution of a multi-day pop-up and brand celebration that included a newsstand takeover, retailer masterclasses, and an initimate dinner to celebrate EVE LOM's 40 years of Radiance through consumer-facing and exclusive press events.

I played a key role in shaping the early growth of G-SHOCK Women, defining a distinct identity that honored G-SHOCK heritage while introducing a modern, fashion-forward voice for a new female audience. I defined the consumer profile, creative guidelines, visual storytelling, tone of voice, social and campaign strategy from the ground up.

I championed digital marketing strategy for G-SHOCK, overseeing all paid and owned channels including search, social, and display — directing cross-channel media planning, budget allocation, and campaign execution in partnership with agency teams. I steered creative strategy across channels, owning ad messaging and visual direction from concept through execution.
